Fasting, Detoxing, Cleansing and Raw (cliffnotes)


Simple Cleanse
Breakfast – Fresh fruit, smoothie, protein drink (eat between 6am-8am)
Snack – Light snack (fruit or veggie) Eat between 10-12pm
Lunch – Heaviest meal of the day (still free of fried, dairy, sugars, MSG, high fat, etc) – Eat between 12-2pm
Snack – Light snack (fruit or veggie) Eat between 2-4
Dinner – Light meal (vegetables largest portion of the meal) Eat between 4-6
NO meals after 7pm.  DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!!!!!
3- Day Detox
1st Day
Drink 8 oz of protein drink, every 2 hrs for a total of 8 hrs (5 drinks)  starting no later than 8:00am & ending by 4:00pm (i.e. 8, 10, 12, 2 and 4pm) or (7, 9, 11, 1, and 3pm)
8 oz. of water should follow EACH drink every 2 hrs for a total of 5 8oz glasses (minimum)
At 6pm eat a garden salad & add a protein (6oz of lean meat, or 2 tblsp of olive oil or 1/2 avocado)
2nd Day and 3rd Day
Every 2 hrs, eat fruit 2-3 oz of fruit
Strawberries, Watermelon, Bananas, Blueberries, Cantelope, Melon, etc.
At 6pm make big garden salad add a protein (6oz of lean meat, or 2 tblsp of olive oil or 1/2 avocado)
 4 days off (Be mindful of your intake during this time) you can repeat as many times as you would like
Master Cleanse
Mix 32 oz of water- preferably distilled (warm water if you’d like i.e. tea)
Lemon (2-2 ½ )
Cayenne Pepper (desired amount of heat)
Sweeten with pure maple syrup (Grade B or better is best) to taste
* can also add tsp or ½ tsp of apple cider vinegar for extra cleansing properties
Drink 32oz several times a day, every time you feel hungry
You can do 3, 7, up to 21 days  (You should start small and build up if you are not used to fasting)
It will cleanse your entire system. Please note that you cannot return back to regular eating habits immediately following this cleanse. You need to come off properly to ensure that you do not experience serious stomach issues. In closing the cleanse, drink 100% orange juice for each meal (no other foods or drinks) (besides water) for at least 2 days (more if you feel the need to). You know your body so do what is best for you. (I sometimes do broths or raw soups and they work fine) Then transition to eating fresh fruits & add vegetables. Resume a better eating habits after 2-3 days of fruits & veggies.
Juicing
Freshly juiced – Carrot juice or other fresh fruits for vegetables
Juice organic carrots (or other vegetables) through juicer (Champion juicer is a nice one)
Drink 8 oz every 1-2 hrs.
Can do for 1-2 weeks or longer if you’d like 
Make sure to drink PLENTY of water.  If you don't have a juicer you can purchase fresh pressed juices from several health food stores... even schnucks carries them (in produce area) 
Raw Food Diet
Only consume fresh fruits & vegetables over a 2-4 week period. You can also eat/drink smoothies, raw nuts, pates, etc. Ensure that you consume plenty of water the entire time. Eat often (at least every 1 – 2 hrs)
