I'm not going to go into a long thing today. I said I would blog and I did.
I have been tossing this idea around for awhile. Almost every conversation, text, tweet, post, blog, law, case or story has fine print. Whether it is trivial details that are thought not to be important or things that are intentionally withheld or altered. We essentially paint our feelings, thoughts, desires and ultimately ourselves the way we want the world to see us. Even with our closest "friends" we are very selective in our expressions. I wont even get into the "being attracted" to someone dynamic which almost GUARANTEES there will be fine print, withholding and down right lies. EVEN if the people are not "together" and have an "understanding".
I am one of those backwards Evian people who thinks that being honest with people is the best policy. Plus I have NO game face anyway so I kinda don't have a choice either. But if I did I think Id be the same way.
What I am wondering is:
Have you ever had a completely honest conversation with someone without being completely honest?

To your question, I've had more of those sorts of conversations than I can imagine having any other sort. I feel that I am an open person, growing more so by the day, but I know that I still have barriers with regards to what and to whom I Express. My fullest Self seldom knows the sunlight of another's presence. It is, to me, something first to earn then cherish.
